At Candal, we strive to provide the best home cleaning services. This refund and cancellation policy explains customer rights and the terms related to cancelling or modifying bookings and refunding payments.
1. Cancelling a Service Before the Scheduled Time
- Customers may cancel a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- If cancelled within the allowed time, the payment will be fully refunded or credited towards a future service, based on the customer's preference.
2. Cancelling Within the Restricted Time
If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, partial charges may apply or the payment may not be refunded, according to company policy.
3. Rescheduling a Service
Customers may request to reschedule a service at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling will be confirmed upon approval by the Candal team.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the booking.
- Processing refunds may take 3 to 7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
5. Special Cases
For complaints regarding service quality, customers should contact support within 24 hours after the service. The case will be evaluated and appropriate action taken, including partial refunds if necessary.
